Driveline Technician

Driveline Technician – In Central Florida, Orlando. A hands‑on, shop‑based role focused on rebuilding, repairing, and fabricating drivetrain components and related systems. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced shop environment. $30 – $45 per hour. Responsibilities Rebuild and repair driveline and auxiliary components Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical systems Diagnose issues and implement reliable solutions Perform welding and fabrication as needed Work independently and as part of a team Manage multiple jobs and prioritize tasks effectively Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability Experience with welding and fabrication Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced shop environment Self‑motivated, reliable, and coachable Ability to read and write in English Must have a full set of tools required to perform job duties Preferred Experience Experience working with driveline, powertrain, or hydraulic components Background in diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial repair environments Exposure to components such as PTOs, pumps, or winches Benefits Monday – Friday 9:00–5:00 working hours Healthcare, dental & vision benefits 401(k) with match Room for growth Family environment Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
