Youth Shelter Case Manager—Crisis & Support
HELP of Southern Nevada
Shannon West Homeless Youth Center in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Case Manager to provide direct case management to homeless and at-risk youth in the Emergency Shelter Program. Under supervision, you will develop client-centered plans within 72 hours of intake and coordinate services to help residents reach goals. The role requires knowledge of local social service agencies, strong documentation in HMIS, and effective communication across diverse backgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr HELP of Southern Nevada
