(supporting a client in Alsip, IL)Pay: $22/hourHours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMLocation: Alsip, ILWhat You’ll DoExecute formulas and standardized work instructions with accuracy.Operate mixers safely and efficiently.Confirm proper material identification and ensure lot traceability.Maintain a clean, sanitary environment.Complete all paperwork thoroughly and accurately.Follow all safety and training protocols.Work independently while advancing team goals.Level 1 Excellence (Advanced)Inspect and approve formulations before batching.Batch all formulas on all mixers successfully.Serve as a designated buddy trainer to onboard others.Troubleshoot and prevent batch deviations.Assist with PIT operations as assigned.Hold expert knowledge of multiple mixers/product groups.What It TakesStrong communication and a positive, can‑do attitude.Sound decisions in fast‑moving situations.Excellent time management and prioritization.Professional, team‑focused demeanor.Ability to work cross‑functionally across departments.Minimum Qualifications4+ years of batch making/compounding experience.High School Diploma or GED.Proficiency in: Blending.Apply TodayVisit us Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
