Responsibilities

• Grow the agency through new business acquisition while cross-selling within the existing book of business
• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
• Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross-selling during reviews

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred — if you aren't licensed yet, you need to be willing and able to get licensed on your own initiative (offers are contingent on passing the exam)
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without being managed step by step
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
• Comfortable balancing sales goals with day-to-day customer service

Pay range: $60,000-$80,000 per year
