ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to be building my brand-new State Farm agency in 2026 with a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an Auto Adjuster and Quality Assurance Consultant - I've been in the insurance industry since 2006. I earned my automotive degree from Columbus State, am married with three children, and enjoy mountain biking and whitewater rafting in my free time.

Serving others has always been important to me. I'm actively involved in my church, participate in community outreach focused on the skilled trades, and conduct mock interviews at local vocational schools to help students prepare for their careers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Vadim Vinokur - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
