By combining real-time truth, specialized AI workers, and an orchestrating intelligence, they help enterprises run complex, mission-critical operations with true autonomy. What You’ll Do Own and run core People Operations activities, including payroll processing, HRIS management, etc. Serve as a point of contact for employees, handling complex employee situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion. Build, document, and continuously improve People processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and a great employee experience as the company scales. Partner closely with team leadership to design and execute people programs, including performance processes, manager enablement, and employee experience initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, partnering with leadership as needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and leaders across the company on people-related initiatives.
