Purchasing Department working with Project Management and Inventory Control.

• Experience with Acumatica or ERP, (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus!
• Electrical components and switchgear structures, switches, medium & high voltage.
• Prepare purchase orders from Bill of Materials and Material Requisitions, daily.
• Verify purchase by comparing items requested and entered.
• Manage purchases by following up with suppliers and monitoring and expediting orders. Record receiving documentation and information to Purchase Orders.
• Report any changes and shipment dates to Project Managers and Operation Manager.
• Verify and Resolve discrepancies, shipment shortages, and errors with suppliers. Handling RMA's due to changes in the scope.
• Communicate shipment directions proficiently to shipping department and suppliers for drop shipments and other shipments to customers.
• Communicate by email and document everything. Respond to all forms of communication in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, non-conformance reporting and follow through.
• Maintaining list of External Providers and reporting through ISO9001, their performances.
• Attend weekly production meetings.
• Technical Publicist - Create O&M Manuals from BOL, using Adobe, able to upload to website.
• Proficient with QuickBooks (or other inventory managing software), Excel spreadsheets, Outlook emails.
• Knowledge of general accounting, helpful.
• Self-starter, prioritize on your own, able to be keep concentration and willing to be interrupted. Critical thinking ability.
• Very organized, very accurate and great attention to details.
• Multitask and memory for past actions/transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
