Education Knowledge, Skills and Experience: High school diploma and a minimum of 7 years of Application Analysis experience OR Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 5 years of Application Analysis experience OR Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 year of Application Analysis experience Experience Required: Must be proficient in application analysis or support, with project leadership experience. Preferred: Ideal candidate will have experience in application analysis or support, with project experience. Skills & Abilities Advanced knowledge of application systems, troubleshooting, and optimization. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Proficiency in managing large-scale configurations and optimizing system performance. Essential Duties This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Lead application projects, including new system implementations and major upgrades. Provides mentorship and sharing best practices in application support. Optimize workflows by developing standardized procedures and documentation. Resolve escalated issues and provide advanced troubleshooting for complex problems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align application functionality with organizational goals. Manage vendor relationships and provide service line leadership. Assist with compliance with data standards, security, and regulatory requirements in applications.
