HVAC Comfort Advisor / Sales Associate

Job Description

Core responsibilities:

Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand HVAC needs
Evaluate existing heating and cooling systems
Recommend appropriate HVAC solutions based on comfort, efficiency, and budget
Prepare estimates, proposals, and financing options
Explain equipment, warranties, maintenance, and installation processes
Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
Coordinate with installation and service teams
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Represent Brozwood professionally and provide excellent customer service
