Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional and/or behavior specialist in school settings
• Knowledge of positive behavioral intervention strategies and special education support
• Ability to implement individualized education and behavior plans under supervision
• Strong communication skills for engaging with students, teachers, and families
• Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student-centered support
• Relevant certifications or paraprofessional credentials preferred

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Support classroom learning by assisting students individually or in small groups
• Implement and monitor behavioral interventions as directed by specialists or teachers
• Help maintain a structured, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Collaborate with educational staff to track student progress and address concerns
• Guide students in developing self-regulation, social skills, and constructive behaviors
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions as required
