Senior Managed Care Consultant

Supporting managed care strategy and contracting activities, the full-time Senior Managed Care Consultant will negotiate agreements, review policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Negotiate and support the development of managed care agreements, including hospital and professional contracts Serve as the primary representative for payor policy review, leading evaluations of policy updates and coordinating with various departments Monitor regulatory updates and communicate implications to stakeholders while identifying process improvements for operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university 5 years of experience in managed care, healthcare contracting, or payor relations Experience with payor policies and reimbursement methodologies across multiple jurisdictions Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex contract language Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
