Emerald City Emergency Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our supportive and dedicated emergency team. Emergency or veterinary experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping pets and the people who love them.

What You'll Do
As a Client Service Representative, you will:
- Welcome clients and manage main lobby operations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Answer and route phone calls professionally and compassionately
- Assist with emergency triage and timely communication
- Perform accurate data entry and utilize computer-based systems
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital environment
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic at all times
- Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting
- Skilled with computers and multi-line phone systems
- Organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Experienced in customer service or reception (veterinary experience preferred, but not required)
