Associate Director, Commercial Supply Chain Management & Planning

Stoke Therapeutics

Stoke Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director to lead commercial supply chain planning and execution for its RNA medicine pipeline. The role encompasses demand forecasting, launch strategy coordination, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure reliable drug availability from market entry through steady-state operations.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of commercial supply chain strategy and build scalable operating model
Own demand and supply planning activities and facilitate S&OP process
Develop launch supply plans with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams
Manage artwork, secondary packaging, cold-chain logistics, and CMO timeline coordination
Ensure GxP and DSCSA compliance across distribution network and support ERP implementation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences
8–10 years commercial supply management or related experience
Expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and ERP systems
Knowledge of GxP, DSCSA, serialization, and regulatory compliance
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
