Technical Product Lead - Web3 Social Platform

PSM Partners is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Technical Product Lead to join an innovative technology company building the next generation of Web3 social experiences.

The platform is designed to transform how digital communities connect, collaborate, and engage by combining blockchain technology with intuitive product design. Its mission is to create a transparent, creator-focused ecosystem that empowers users while delivering a seamless social experience powered by decentralized technologies.

As the organization continues to expand, they are seeking a Technical Product Lead who can bridge product strategy and engineering execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with highly technical teams, understands modern software architecture, and can translate complex technical concepts into successful product initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of overall professional experience, including significant experience leading technical product development within software, SaaS, Web3, or consumer technology organizations. Previous exposure to blockchain technologies or decentralized applications is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the technical product roadmap and drive execution across multiple platform initiatives
* Partner closely with engineering leaders to define scalable technical solutions that support long-term product objectives
* Translate business priorities into detailed product specifications, technical requirements, and engineering deliverables
* Work alongside engineering teams to evaluate architecture decisions, technical trade-offs, and implementation strategies
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, design, and executive stakeholders
* Monitor product performance, user engagement, and platform analytics to guide roadmap decisions
* Review engineering progress through GitHub, Jira, Notion, and related project management tools
* Identify technical dependencies, delivery risks, and opportunities to improve execution efficiency
* Stay informed on emerging trends in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, decentralized identity, creator platforms, and social technologies

Requirements

* 10+ years of overall professional experience
* Previous experience as a Technical Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar leadership role
* Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and modern software development practices
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience defining technical product requirements, roadmap planning, and release management
* General familiarity with React.js, Node.js, and modern web application architecture to facilitate technical discussions and monitor engineering progress
* Previous experience with blockchain, Web3 technologies, decentralized applications, or digital identity platforms is preferred
* Excellent analytical thinking, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building consumer-facing platforms, social networking products, creator tools, collaboration platforms, or SaaS applications
* Understanding of blockchain infrastructure, wallets, smart contracts, or decentralized identity solutions
* Experience working within startup or high-growth technology environments
* Familiarity with AI-powered products or recommendation systems
* Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
