About the Position

The Labor and Delivery Nurse provides compassionate, high-quality care to mothers and infants throughout the childbirth process. This includes assisting with labor, delivery, recovery, and immediate postpartum care, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience preferred.

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required

  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) – Required

  • Fetal Monitoring Certification – Preferred

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.

• Ability to work effectively in high-stress and fast-paced environments.
