Pediatric Rn Clinical ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to join our growing pediatric practice in Northern VA. This full-time leadership position is ideal for a clinically strong, team-oriented RN who is passionate about pediatric care, staff development, and creating a positive patient experience for children and families.The Clinical Manager will oversee day-to-day clinical operations across our pediatric office(s), support and develop clinical staff, ensure workflow consistency and quality standards, and collaborate closely with providers and leadership to maintain safe, efficient, patient-centered care. This role supervises licensed nurses, clinical staff, and clinical team leads while supporting high-quality, patient-centered care, workflow consistency, staff development, and operational efficiency.The Clinical Manager serves as a key member of the leadership team and collaborates closely with the Medical Directors and Practice Administrator on clinical operations, quality improvement, patient safety, staff education, and workflow optimization.Responsibilities include:Oversight of day-to-day clinical operations and nursing workflowsSupervision, coaching, and support of clinical staff and team leadsClinical onboarding, training, and competency validationSupport of evidence-based clinical practice standardsParticipation in quality improvement and patient safety initiativesOversight of clinical supply and vaccine management processesAssistance with infection prevention and compliance initiativesNursing triage support during scheduled clinic hours, as neededEducation, Qualifications, And CredentialsGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent unrestricted RN license in the Commonwealth of VirginiaMinimum of five (5) years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in pediatrics or outpatient carePrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferredCurrent CPR certification preferredSkills, Knowledge, And AbilitiesStrong clinical judgment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to remain calm and effective in stressful situationsKnowledge of pediatric clinical workflows and patient safety standardsAbility to mentor, train, and support staff developmentProficiency with EMR systems and standard office technologyCommitment to professionalism, teamwork, and confidentialityThis job description is intended to provide general guidelines regarding the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
