Remote Non-QM Mortgage Underwriter

AnnieMac Home Mortgage in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Non-QM Underwriter to assess loan packages according to investor and government guidelines. You will underwrite conventional, jumbo and Non-QM loans, analyze tax returns, and communicate decisions to originators and clients.
Under supervision, you will review for fraud, collaborate with processing and closing teams, and ensure all conditions are cleared before closing. Remote work is available with required bandwidth.
