Job Summary
Radiation Therapist in Edmonds, Washington. This position involves providing treatment for adult and geriatric patients utilizing advanced imaging and radiation therapy equipment. The role is suitable for a treating therapist with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a hospital or treatment center setting.

Job Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts from 0700-1500 or 1400-2200, or 10-hour shifts from 0700-1700, Monday through Friday, no weekends, no call required
• Required Qualifications: Certification in ARRT T (Therapeutic Radiologic Technology), BLS certification, 2 years of radiation therapy experience, valid license to practice in Washington, excellent patient care skills, and experience with external beam therapy and treatment planning systems (e.g., Epic)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience treating adult and geriatric patients, familiarity with treatment devices, and proficiency in using advanced imaging and treatment equipment such as Elekta Versa HD and MOSAIQ
• Additional Information: This role requires handling treatment types and devices, charting of treatments, patient and family education, radiation safety, and simulation of treatment sites. Experience with Hodgkins lymphoma, pancreatic cancer, leukemia, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, testicular cancer, and kidney cancer is preferred. A minimum of 2 references covering at least 6 months within the last 3 years are required prior to start.
