Type of staff:
Day Shift – 5-7 RNs, 1 ER Tech (11a-11p), 1 Unit secretary (9a-5p M-F)
Night Shift – 5-6 RNs, 1 ER Tech(11a-11p), 1 Unit secretary (5p-1a M-F)
Patient Ratios – 4:1

Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, BLS, CPI, TNCC
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Strong in Neuro and Cardiac
High energy, fast paced
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
STEMI, Stroke/TPA, RSI
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
Scrub Color – preferred royal blue, but not required
No competitors emblems
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.
