Maintenance TechnicianCompensation: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour, Full-TimeProvide preventative and corrective maintenance to all buildings and equipment contained in and around buildings. Help construct/remodel new buildings, offices, temporary structures. Must acquire copper pipe soldering skills.Know and understand domestic hot water systems:Must be able to make minor repairs to boilers and control systems.Other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Two years' experience in a similar job in the hospitality industry is preferred.Experience includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, H.V.A.C.
