Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and provide personalized product demonstrations.
• Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and manage any post-purchase issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals to contribute to the company's overall targets.
• Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to sharpen skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain the company's reputation for service excellence.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and participate in events to showcase the company's offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and customer service practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and courtesy.
• Utilize CRM systems to effectively track customer interactions and sales processes.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Customer Service is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think under pressure.
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays if required.
