A respected, value-based Internal Medicine group is seeking a Physician Assistant for its Ormond Beach, Florida clinic. With seven outpatient locations across Orange and Volusia counties, this organization is known for its collaborative culture, low provider turnover, and strong focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team of one NP and one board-certified physician with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

Position Highlights

• Manage a manageable schedule of 8-12 patients per day
• Primary focus on wellness visits and preventative care for adults 65+
• Occasional sick visits for established patients
• Monday-Friday, daytime schedule
• Value-based care model serving Medicare Advantage patients (Humana, CarePlus, Aetna)
• Outpatient-only setting-no nights, weekends, or call requirements

Requirements

• NCCPA Certification
• Active Florida PA license or eligibility/approval pending
