Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm, one hour lunch. Thursdays alternate 7am-5pm and 7am-1pm What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional hygiene care and preventive services Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care Collaborate with doctors to identify and support treatment opportunities Build trusted relationships that encourage patient retention and long-term health Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care What We’re Looking For Current or pending Illinois Dental Hygienist license Commitment to providing outstanding patient care Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation with production opportunities Company-paid continuing education Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous PTO accrual Opportunities for career growth and advancement Compensation $48-$58 per hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
