Join an established, stable and experienced Pediatric Neurology Team Nice mix of pediatric neurology (headache, movement disorders, epilepsy, seizure, EEG and other) Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient MA support Beautiful exam rooms Level III NICU/PICU Beautiful Women and Childrens Hospital 24/7 Pediatric Intensivist Service 24/7 Neonatology Service 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist Service Great access to several Pediatric Sub-specialists on campus, including Pediatric Neurosurgeon Excellent office support staff Beautiful Northwest Suburban location Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Neurology Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration About the Facility 131 bed hospital All private rooms Level III NICU/PICU 3,000+ births Integrated referral network Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
