Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Join our team at Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, where we strive to provide quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to the communities we serve. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a vital role in enhancing the communication and swallowing abilities of our patients. Role Summary As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide speech-language pathology services to patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will help our patients communicate effectively, maintain independence, and improve their overall quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients, including individual and group sessions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care and optimize treatment outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Current certification in speech-language pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Additional Information This is a Per Diem opportunity, which means you will work on an as-needed basis to support our patient care needs.
