As an EVS Project Technician, you're one of the key players keeping our property looking its absolute best. You go beyond the day-to-day cleaning-tackling deep cleaning projects, hard-to-reach areas, and detailed work that keeps Ko-Kwel Casino Resort shining from top to bottom. What You Bring To The Table

• Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
• Handle deep cleaning projects like floor care (scrubbing, stripping, waxing), carpet extraction, and detailed surface cleaning.
• Clean everything from walls and windows to vents, beams, and hard-to-reach areas using lifts and ladders.
• Keep equipment, tools, and workspaces clean, organized, and ready to go.
• Empty waste containers and safely transport trash and recycling to proper disposal areas.
• Operate EVS equipment like vacuums, floor machines, extractors, lifts, and more.
• Transport supplies, tools, and equipment across departments as needed.
• Work independently to complete assigned projects from start to finish.
• Keep track of daily work through reports, maps, and project updates.
• Communicate clearly with the next shift so nothing gets missed.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate team.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)

Must-Haves, Nice-To-Haves, And Maybe Some Bonus Points

• Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Experience with floor care, carpeting cleaning, or EVS equipment is a plus.
• Comfortable using tools like extractors, lifts and floor machines.
• Ability to read instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
