Lead Specialist- Internal Adjustments

Location & Hours 555 Patroon Creek Boulevard, Albany, NY (hybrid 2‑4 days per week). Hours: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑4:30 ET. Job Summary Lead Specialist in Client Servicing within the Onboarding & Servicing Technology and Operations vertical. Responsibilities include research, adjustments, account analysis, and supporting clients across broad areas. Responsibilities Perform basic to complex research using various bank systems. Provide deposit, check, statement, and report copies. Research and resolve monetary and non‑monetary differences during check, credit card processing, or corporate client billing. Perform routine research and process transactions as requested by clients utilizing specific Enterprise Commercial Payments product. Complete data entry into various bank systems. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients through KeyValues concepts. Recommend and implement programs to solve routine issues, improve process efficiency, quality, and client experience. Identify and resolve moderate issues following established guidelines. Refer more complex problems to senior level or manager. Cover a broad range of responsibilities rather than focusing on one specific role. Actively participate in self‑development to support the team and one's own advancement. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of bank operations experience (preferred). Basic to intermediate PC and Microsoft Office skills. Proven problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a fast‑paced team, maintaining attention to detail. Comfortable communicating with team members, internal clients, and management while maintaining a professional demeanor. Demonstrated ability to follow instruction and use training to make informed decisions. Compensation and Benefits Base hourly rate: $18.75 – $25.00 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and geographic location.
