Job Description

We are hiring for an amazing client in the Villa Rica/Douglasville area

$25-$50 per hour depending on experience

Must have stable CNC Machinist experience

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Thursday)
Half-day Friday

Location: Villa Rica/Douglasville GA

Position Overview

We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates for a growing production facility in the Villa Rica / Douglasville area. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, attendance, and safety are top priorities.

Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production tasks according to work instructions and specifications
• Operate hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts and materials during and after production to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with secondary operations as needed to complete finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines
• Communicate any production issues, defects, or delays to supervisors
• Support production goals and meet daily output expectations
• Assist team members and leadership as needed to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Requirements

• Background check required
• Drug screening required (10-panel)
• Steel-toe boots required
• Must be able to work scheduled hours consistently
