Senior Internal Recruiter – AMER Sales Teams We are looking for a Senior Internal Recruiter to support our AMER Sales teams. The role thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, process‑driven environment with an eye for detail. The Senior Internal Recruiter partners with senior Hiring Managers, Employee Success, Recruiting Business Advisors, Sales Strategy, and other stakeholders to support internal employee mobility. Key Responsibilities Act as a talent consultant and advocate for internal employees Lead the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer acceptance Enable candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and Policies Participate in implementing and driving global recruiting programs Build an ongoing, balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidates Learn the profiles within your supported talent communities so you can best match candidates with appropriate opportunities Partner with other departments (Headcount Managers, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process Basic Requirements 8+ years of recruiting experience, including internal recruiting and/or sales recruiting Proven track record of excellent client engagement Experience building relationships across internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment Experience partnering and influencing senior level hiring managers and executives Understanding of ATS tools and technologies; experience with Workday is a plus Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment; strong written and verbal communication skills Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work) Benefits and Compensation In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by location, job level, knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. The typical base salary range for this position is $94,000–$142,300 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
