It is part of a smaller Enablement team residing in India. All Enablement roles share the following baseline expectations; the sections below this baseline describe what is unique to this specific role.Baseline Responsibilities include:Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to write and present clearly for U.S. and global business audienceAble to translate subject-matter input into clear, usable enablement contentStrong PowerPoint and content-creation skills; produces polished, professional, on-brand materialsAI-forward working style; actively uses AI tools to accelerate day-to-day workStrong self-organization and self-directed project management; comfortable owning deliverables with minimal oversightComfortable partnering with U.S.-based and global stakeholders and subject matter experts across overlapping working hoursAble to support enablement needs across Sales and Technical audiencesComfortable learning new enterprise technology and business context quicklyThe Learning Analytics & Automation Specialist builds the data, reporting, and automation backbone for Enterprise Enablement and develops AI agents and automated workflows that make enablement more repeatable and scalable.This role partners with the Enterprise Enablement team members to ensure learning data is organized correctly, reporting is trustworthy and timely, and repeatable enablement tasks are automated wherever possible.This role supports content quality and depth for all enablement activities and deliverables. This role takes day to day direction from the Lead Instructional & Curriculum Designer.Role-Specific Responsibilities include:Build and maintain Power BI or similar dashboards that give leadership visibility into Programmatic and Enablement initiatives and activities by tracking progress and broader enablement metricsDevelop Power Automate or similar workflows and AI agents that automate repeatable enablement tasks and deliverablesEnsure enablement data is organized, tagged, and uploaded to the correct systems and locationsOwn regular and ad hoc reporting cycles, improving accuracy, cadence, and usefulness of reports over timeEvaluate current and potential systems/platforms and recommend what Enterprise Enablement should standardize onDocument and standardize automated processes so they are maintainable and transferablePartner with Enterprise Enablement team members to align automation with intake, request, and subscription workflowsPartner with the Enterprise Enablement team members to source data on curriculum and assessment usage/outcomesBuild measurement frameworks that connect enablement activity to business outcomesIdentify opportunities to apply AI tools to reduce manual effort across the Enterprise Enablement functionTroubleshoot data or reporting discrepancies and maintain data quality across learning systemsPresent findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholdersTrack and run requested timely progress and completion enablement reporting and dashboardsRequired Skills and Professional Experience3-5 years of experience in reporting/analytics, business intelligence, automation, or a related operations functionDemonstrated experience building reporting and analytic dashboards and automation workflowsExperience building or configuring AI agents or AI-assisted workflowsStrong data organization and documentation skillsExcellent English business writing skillsCreate and build reporting and automation as Enterprise Enablement's tech stack evolvesAnalytical mindset with strong attention to data accuracy and structureDocumentation skills sufficient to make automated processes understandable to othersProject management skills to plan and deliver reporting/automation work against business timelinesAbility to translate data into plain-language insight for stakeholdersSelf-directed; comfortable identifying analytic, reporting, and automation opportunitiesStrong organizational skills for managing data across multiple learning systemsData analysis and visualizationAutomation and workflow designAI fluency and agent-buildingDocumentation and process standardizationProject managementAttention to detail and data integrityCross-team collaborationSelf-directed problem-solvingProficiency with Power BI or similar tool for dashboard and report developmentProficiency with Power Automate or comparable workflow automation tools for building automated processesExperience with Copilot or other AI agent/assistant platforms for building reusable AI-driven workflowsStrong Excel and data-organization skillsFamiliarity with LMS reporting and data export/integrationPreferred Skills and Professional Experience Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field preferred, not required; equivalent practical experience is valued equallyYour future at PresidioJoining Presidio means stepping into a culture of trailblazers - thinkers, builders, and collaborators - who push the boundaries of what's possible.
