Bilingual Customer Service- Brentwood

This is a full-time position offering $19.00/hour for bilingual (English/Spanish) representatives, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

In this role, you will answer customer inquiries, perform account updates, and help resolve issues in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of call center experience.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Language Skills: bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish ($19/hr rate).

• Technical Skills: strong general PC skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inputting applications accurately and efficiently into the system.
• Handling a high volume of inbound calls, exceeding 50 calls daily, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Promptly responding to customer emails with professionalism and accuracy.
• Engaging with customers through chat platforms to provide real-time assistance and support.
• Excelling in multitasking by efficiently managing various customer interactions simultaneously.
• Demonstrating problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective resolutions.
