Soliant is currently hiring multiple Occupational Therapists for school-based opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work with K-12 students across two school buildings within a supportive and collaborative educational environment.

Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Brentwood, CA
Schedule: Full-Time
Contract Length: Full 2026-2027 School Year
Setting: School-Based

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in educational settings
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-help skills, and classroom participation
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California OT license
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
