Originating Branch Manager

Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a nationally recognized mortgage lender known for its innovative products and strong culture of customer care, in the search for an Originating Branch Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed, production-focused leader to oversee branch operations while continuing to originate loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, team leadership, and relationship development with Realtors, builders, and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage branch operations while personally originating residential loans
Recruit, train, and motivate Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to achieve production goals
Build and maintain referral relationships to drive new business
Ensure quality control and compliance with company and investor guidelines
Deliver exceptional customer experience from application through closing

Qualifications:

Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required
In-depth knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and other lending programs
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Strong communication and relationship management abilities
