Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time PM Shift

The Licensed Practical Nurse position is responsible for assessing and administering medications to residents. The LPN will report any changes to the physician, update family members accordingly, and work closely with CNAs to ensure optimal resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents while adhering to the 5 Rights.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
• Notify the charge nurse of any changes in the residents' conditions.
• Assist CNAs with responding to call lights and other resident care responsibilities.
• Update physicians, family members, and relevant parties regarding any changes in residents' conditions.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must hold and maintain a valid Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Schedule:

This position requires full-time availability with a PM shift from 2 PM to 10 PM, including every other weekend.
