Commercial Loan Specialist - No Experience Required, Full Training Provided

Interested in commercial lending but don’t have previous finance experience?

We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to learn how to work with business owners seeking financing. This is a client-focused opportunity with full training and structured onboarding provided from the beginning.

As a Commercial Loan Specialist, you’ll learn how to guide clients through the lending process, gather the necessary financial documentation, keep applications organized, and coordinate with internal teams as transactions move toward funding.

A large part of this role is communication. You’ll work directly with business owners, answer questions, provide updates, and make sure clients understand where they are throughout the process.

You’ll have established systems and internal support to help you manage multiple opportunities while staying organized and focused on moving transactions forward.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to details, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable managing multiple clients and transactions at the same time.

No previous commercial lending or finance experience is required. Full training is provided.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Performance-based income. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
