Responsibilities

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST- FP&A COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

Hybrid- Massillon, OH

As a member of the corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Team, the Sr Financial Analyst – FP&A Commercial Operations will work with the Sales Team, Accounting, Planning, Supply Chain and other Teams to provide financial support related to all customers. Key areas of responsibility include reporting/analysis regarding Customer Profitability; Trade Spend, MFG Cost and Network Optimization.

Your seat at the table

• Collaborate with the Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to prepare effective customer quotes and improve customer performance and profitability.
• Provide analysis, reports and support recommendations provided to company management and sales team.
• Pioneer transformation of standard reporting from Excel to PowerBI. Design and implement PowerBI Dashboards for use by cross functional partners.
• Maintain flexible and “can-do” attitude in managing multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Assist with managing customer pricing in our ERP system

Qualifications

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other Business Major preferred.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or other business analytics.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with internal deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Flexibility to coordinate special projects, anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them.
• Strong PowerBI experience, including dashboard development, data visualization, report automation, and translating business needs into usable reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work comfortably across large datasets, financial models, and recurring reporting processes.
