We are looking for motivated, bilingual individuals to join our growing insurance agency as Insurance Sales Representatives . This is a great opportunity for someone who is professional, driven, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in the insurance industry.

In this role, you will help individuals and families explore insurance options, including Life Insurance, ACA health plans, Dental, Vision, Accident coverage, and other ancillary products .

One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is that you will not be starting from scratch. Our agency provides access to leads and potential clients , including opportunities from our existing book of business, referrals, walk-ins, and inquiries generated through our Google Business profile.

We are looking for individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish, dependable, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a team that provides training, support, and real opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency
• Assist clients with insurance options and basic product information
• Help guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Follow up with inquiries received through Google Business and other marketing channels
• Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish
• Maintain clear communication with the agency team
• Support walk-in clients, referrals, and office-based opportunities as needed
• Build strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Continue learning about insurance products, enrollment processes, and sales best practices

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional, responsible, and organized work style
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Insurance license preferred, but not required at the time of hiring
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license before October
• Motivation to grow in the insurance industry
