Summary
We are seeking a Full Time Pilates Reformer Instructor & Experience Coordinator to join our team at a corporate wellness site in Taylor, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and energetic instructor ready to inspire others through the art of Pilates.
We are looking for someone to teach around 12-17 reformer classes each week, in addition to conducting one-on-one training sessions. Also someone who can assist with member engagement and experience. Weekly group classes are included as part of the salaried position, while one-on-one training sessions are compensated through additional commission.What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality one-on-one training sessions with clients
- Teach 12-17 Reformer Pilates classes each week while delivering high-quality instruction and member support
- Build, grow, and manage your client base with support from Kinema Fitness marketing and management teams
- Cultivate an inviting, positive environment that motivates clients and enhances their wellness journey
- Uphold Kinema Fitness’ 5-star hospitality standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Nationally recognized Pilates Reformer certification
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Exceptional professionalism, energy, and passion for delivering transformative client experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and retain clients
