Your commitment to excellence and ability to innovate will be crucial in maintaining operational standards and achieving impactful results.Responsibilities- Leading operations consulting projects within the life, annuity, and group benefits sectors- Guiding teams in strategic customer development and service delivery models- Utilizing business process management and modeling to optimize client support operations- Conducting industry trend analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to enhance customer service management- Applying analytical thinking and qualitative analysis to improve service delivery- Coaching teams on customer relationship management and service excellence- Implementing corrective actions and rapid experimentation to drive operational improvements- Promoting creativity and intellectual curiosity in developing innovative solutions- Validating data analytics processes to support customer insight and satisfaction initiativesWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 8 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Psychology/Social Psychology, Risk Management/Insurance- Demonstrating advanced skills in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Data Analytics- Utilizing strategic customer development and market insight to drive results- Excelling in customer relationship management and service delivery models- Applying analytical thinking and qualitative analysis to solve complex problems- Leading teams with professional courage and embracing change- Innovating processes through intellectual curiosity and rapid experimentationTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
