Pay Rate: $16/hour + bonuses and incentives
Pay Type: Hourly + bonuses and incentives
Pay Schedule: Paid on the 1st and 15th of every month

About Almost Auto Service

Almost Auto Service is seeking an Inbound Sales & Appointment Specialist in Clarkston, GA, to help customers over the phone and convert inbound inquiries into scheduled automotive service appointments.

This position pays $16 per hour plus bonuses and incentives. It is a customer-facing sales and appointment-setting role for someone who can build rapport quickly, communicate value, follow a defined call process, and confidently ask customers to schedule.

The shop maintains a team-focused environment, celebrates birthdays and holidays, and enjoys Saturday breakfast and lunch meetings. Automotive repair experience is not required; demonstrated telephone sales or appointment-setting ability is the key experience sought.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls and guide conversations toward scheduling automotive service appointments.
• Follow the shop's established phone script and call process while maintaining a natural, conversational approach.
• Build rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and communicate the value of bringing their vehicle to the shop.
• Discuss services and pricing with customers based on the information and process provided by the shop.
• Ask for the appointment and accurately schedule customers for service.
• Address basic customer questions, concerns, and objections while remaining helpful and professional.
• Maintain accurate appointment and customer information using the shop's CRM and scheduling software.
• Work toward measurable performance goals, including calls answered, appointments set, appointment conversion rate, and show rate.

Qualifications

• Telephone sales or appointment-setting experience.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to follow a specific phone script while maintaining a conversational and professional telephone presence.
• Ability to handle basic customer objections and confidently ask for appointments without using a high-pressure approach.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and scheduling software.
• Willingness to participate in call coaching, practice conversations, and ongoing performance improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

• $16 per hour.
• Bonuses and incentives in addition to the hourly rate.
• Paydays are the 1st and 15th of every month.
