Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective treatment plans and support patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid nursing license in the state of employment.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical unit.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Have excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Show proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Maintain CPR and BLS certifications.
