Role and Responsibilities Estimating Assistant is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks to ensure the estimating and project management departments have accurate, well-maintained bid folders, invitations to bid are sent to vendors, tracking and following up on plans, bid schedules, and serving administrative needs of the estimating department.
