Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
Shift Differential: Additional 10% for 2nd shift
Growth Opportunities: Potential pay increases of $0.50 - $1.50 upon permanent hire

• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Paint Helper to support our fabrication and paint operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain manufacturing experience, learn new skills, and grow within a stable organization.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment and willing to cross-train in multiple areas of production.
Key Responsibilities

• Separate manufactured parts from metal sheets after they exit production equipment
• Hang parts on the paint line in preparation for finishing and coating processes
• Assist fabrication team members with production and material handling tasks
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills and advance within the company
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
