Manager, Inside Sales

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager for Inside Sales to lead service selling for the OTTAVA robotic surgical platform across North America. The role manages relationships between capital sales teams and customers, drives service plan positioning, warranty conversions, renewals, and service revenue growth during the platform's launch phase.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary service sales partner to North America capital sales leadership and field teams for OTTAVA platform opportunities
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders across clinical, operational, procurement, finance, and executive functions
- Own warranty conversion, renewal, and upsell pipeline execution with accurate forecasting and account planning
- Coach capital sellers on service value proposition, plan differences, and commercial handoffs
- Lead account reviews to identify risks, dependencies, and actions needed to achieve commercial objectives
Requirements
- Experience leading or managing inside sales teams or service sales operations
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with field sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Background in medical device, healthcare technology, or complex B2B sales environments
- Strong understanding of service contract positioning, renewals, and customer retention strategies
- Ability to manage pipeline forecasting, account planning, and commercial negotiations
- Experience coaching sales teams on value proposition and customer qualification
