This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, security, infrastructure, applications, data, and support teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is an organized, results-driven project leader who can manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, reduce delivery risk, and drive projects from initiation through completion.

What You'll Lead:

• Project Planning & Delivery: Lead technology initiatives through initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, stabilization, and closure.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements, align priorities, communicate status, and manage expectations.
• Project Governance & Reporting: Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and leadership reporting.
• Change Management & Adoption: Coordinate communication, training, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and transition-to-support activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices, tools, templates, and repeatable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple IT projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource needs, status reports, and executive updates
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, steering committee discussions, decision tracking, and project communications
• Coordinate work across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, vendors, support teams, and business stakeholders
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, escalations, and mitigation plans
• Support requirements gathering and ensure business needs are documented, validated, prioritized, and translated into actionable delivery plans
• Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing, defect tracking, production readiness, and deployment planning
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners involved in project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, compliance, documentation, and delivery standards
• Drive communication, training, transition-to-support, and adoption activities to help ensure successful outcomes

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Communication & Reporting: Strong written communication, meeting facilitation, presentation, decision documentation, and executive status reporting skills
• Delivery Focus: Strong ownership, follow-through, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering measurable business value

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3–7 years of project management, program management, business analysis, technology delivery, or related IT experience
• Experience leading cross-functional technology projects involving business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and support partners
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or related project management certification is preferred
• Experience with enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, cloud platforms, collaboration tools, or digital transformation initiatives is desirable

• Deployments are coordinated, tested, documented, and transitioned smoothly to support
• Project delivery practices become more consistent, transparent, and repeatable over time

Pay Range:

80,000.00 - 120,000.00
