Job Description

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components based on project requirements.
• Conduct testing and analysis to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including blueprints and specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during design and production phases.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Support the development of prototypes and oversee manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations to improve systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a 3.0 or higher GPA
• Prior engineering internship, co-op, or professional experience preferred.
• Experience using CAD/design software and standard business applications.
• Understanding of fabrication, machining, or other industrial production processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with simulation, modeling, and design validation tools is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail
