Personal Fitness Trainer

Responsibilities Develop and maintain Legacy’s Wellness Program Perform and document LiveFit services with residents following company policies and procedures under the guidance of the Rehabilitation Director/Area Rehab Director. Provide personal fitness through Legacy’s LiveFit program and complete required billing and documentation. Deliver LiveFit treatment plans in accordance with Legacy’s programs. Fitness plans will be developed to improve health, fitness levels, and meet the members’ fitness goals. Provide group fitness and wellness services through the LiveFit Program. Meet efficiency standards set by the company. Participate in department meetings and facility meetings.
