RN: Case Manager

Job Description: Join our team as a Case Manager Registered Nurse in Roseville, California, for a 13-week travel contract that offers a balanced schedule of Monday through Friday, 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you’ll utilize your expertise in health care delivery and case management within a managed care environment to support patient transitions and coordinate services. You’ll be part of a focused team working independently to promote quality patient care while collaborating with physicians, families, and healthcare partners. This assignment provides a rewarding opportunity to apply your knowledge of utilization review, levels of care, and regulatory compliance in a setting that values your judgment and professionalism.
