Senior Litigation Paralegal

An Atlanta-based boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support multiple attorneys in a busy litigation practice. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring daily attendance. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of civil litigation experience , strong knowledge of Georgia state and federal court procedures, and the ability to effectively manage a billable workload. Employment law experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities Draft, edit, proofread, and format pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents E-file documents in Georgia state and federal courts Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and litigation timelines Assist with all phases of discovery, including document review and production Conduct legal and factual research Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Communicate with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and other parties Track time and consistently meet billable hour requirements Qualifications 6+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience required Employment law experience is a plus Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures Excellent proofreading, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to independently manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines Experience working in a billable environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software #J-18808-Ljbffr
