International Claimant Appointment Packet Specialist

Maximus is currently hiring for an International Claimant Appointment Packet Specialist to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team in Centennial, CO. The International Claimant Appointment Packet Specialist (Int'l CAPS) is responsible for sending and printing veteran appointment letters and generating shipping labels to be sent out to veterans by mail. Due to contract requirements, only US Citizens or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Send Claimant Appointment Packets via e-mail, FedEx, or USPS express mail;
• Respond to veteran/service member communication resulting from CAPS when appropriate;
• Inform the team and/or manager when veteran/service member communication requires their attention;
• Document and maintain detailed notes of communication and CAPS information in OMS.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow established guidelines on how documents are to be sent to veterans/service members;
• Monitor the international pending CAP list in OMS to ensure compliance is met for notification of exams;
• Other duties assigned.

This position is located on-site at 6281 S Racine Cir, Ste 400, Centennial, CO 80111. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity. Ability to work at this location is required. Must be willing and able to work a schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM. Must be willing and able to work a training schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM.
